Add dramatic clouds and vibrant colors to landscapes in Photoshop! It not only replaces the sky, but also gives the entire landscape the color and mood of the new sky.

In this tutorial, we will learn how to add clouds using simple techniques such as blending modes, then use filter combinations, if using Camera Raw, curves, several adjustment layers to enhance the image and really make it pop up.

  3. The lighting on the sky and on the base landscape doesn't match – the clouds are clearly lit from the left, while the framing light on the towers is on the right. You really should have flipped the sky image horizontally before doing anything else with it.

  4. Great tutorial but to me it seems the light comes from opposite directions. The lighthouses are lightened from the right and the big bright clouds from the left.
