  1. I am trying to resize an image in photoshop so I can use it in Word Press but even though I am following the steps as shown here I am told that the file size is too large the maximum is 8mb…does anyone know what I might be doing wrong …thanks in advance

  2. @madilynxox26 the 18 you see at the bottom is the file size on disk, (18 megabytes). If you click that size text you can have it display actual pixels, cm, inches, disk size etc.

    What the size needs to be? Depending on what you are using it for. If you just want it for web use, 600px on the longest side is large enough.
